Been wanting to do that for days but AR always beat me to it :P

Gingers crossed for Stewie and Lemon. Hope next year brings a happier workplace for you both.

Races? Well just a few entered so far 2017 - Smokies 10, Inverness HM, Great Edinburgh Run, Great Aberdeen Run. Probably also be doing Hatton 10k, Brodie 10k and Aviemore Half and maybe a few others. Still undecided whether to go for Loch Ness again next year. I'll see how I get on in the first three on my list and have a think again then.

I've only got two races in the diary so far next year, booking too many is tempting fate!

I have the Cakeathon Challenge here in Kent in January, which I'm really looking forward to, plus a 5 mile trail run in May that I had to defer from last year due to injury.

Although I'm likely to break my own rule and book to do another Challenge event in December next year as soon as it's available, as a few friends said they would do it and this year's medal was awesome!

Frag, you've done really well this year. I'm sure the cross training is helping you as I know mine does. I think that may be a right of passage when starting to run, you have to persevere the first few years, get through the injuries and allow your body time to adjust. Most people seem to get up to an event then give up.

But, we're all stronger than that on here!

SAP-pers rock! :)
