Aw that's good news and you can see how much happier you sound just reading this.
A long weekend is always a pleasure and if running is happening too that just makes for a good time.

Yeah unfortunately it is my turn for the bug that has plagued our family over the last few days although hopefully mine is not as bad as it seems to have stopped so a day in bed was the answer. My son on the ite hand is quite poorly so never enjoyed his birthday and they have now decided they don't know what's wrong...could still be a viral infection like they said last Thursday or it could still be chicken pox like they said on Sunday or something else instead.

That sounds like good news Lem, hope it all pans out for you. :) Have a great weekend - despite the weather. ;-)

LG, nice that you're recovering already. :) Hope they get to the bottom of your son's illness soon.

I had a massage this morning, ready for my race on Sunday. I'm just hoping I don't get trench-foot as the forecast's not looking too good at the moment. :-p I had a nice little bike ride, bug hunting, today - not sure when that'll happen again now.

Fragile Do Not Bend
Today's run has taken me over my 2015 total mileage (which was 501 miles)! My target for this year is 600 so a way to go yet but totally doable. I might even get my 75mile month badge this month! 😃
