Mine always tells me I’ve had a lot more sleep than I have. It doesn’t show me waking for my (multiple!) loo trips. Allows me to compare from night to night though.

It's a vivoactive 3 LG. No, I didn't set anything. I didn’t even realise it tracked sleep until I looked today.

Thanks, just had a nosey round my 35 and see all I have to do is wear it in bed. I usually charge mine up overnight so hope it lasts all day tomorrow as well as I need the step counter for the work’s step challenge.

I've kept an interested eye on the sleep stats since I got my FR35 a month ago. (Not worn every night). Apparently I get around 2.5-3 hours deep sleep each night, in usually six but up to eight tranches. Hmm.

Often I may be asleep in a chair for a couple of hours before actual bed (sent zzz by the telly) but that's not recorded. It did last night thought, however when I went to bed it had me, after an awake period, in a deep sleep around 0330 when I was in fact listening to Madder Rose live from Glastonbury 1993, followed by the Freak Zone featuring prog "supergroup" Khan (and then I did actually fall asleep).

I sleep ok but so lightly.

I wake up everytime the bf moves 😂

I’ve never lived with someone so I’ve never shared a bed apart from holidays, 1-2 nights a week etc.

But you would think considering he moved in pre lockdown that I would be used to it by now 😂
