Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Next Saturday is going to be very tense! I can see Ireland nicking this if England beat France as they've got more bonus points.

Agree Nicholls. No gainline, no pace. Hence only 1 try by an outside back. May and Watson are badly missed.

Yes, we’re stacked full of skilled footballers in the backs, no one fixing defenders by going hard and straight and no one with the pace to finish outside.

I'd suggest that Smith shows that it's time to trust the next generation

Forget Watson and May, pick Lynah and Radwan

Suspect they’re too small to both play in an EJ team, hence he’s been looking at Ollie Hassell Collins too.

England’s back line is more than a little like an England cricket team full of bits and pieces all rounders

I don't see England beating France. I don't feel they've shown much of anything to be honest. France have been outstanding. Except against Wales last night! I suppose they could have an off day against England.

Scotland are prob going to get stuffed by Ireland. We're OK sporadically but too many errors, not consistent enough to trouble top teams.

Hopefully that's enough to stop the annual whinge about kicking them out. The Italian U20s team are doing well so in a few years we should see that feed through to the seniors.

Annual whinge? 36 straight defeats I think there’s some weight to the argument.

OK been on walkabout but off we go on 5th Feb with Ireland v Wales.
Hopefully we will all be playing at the correct grounds and with more than a few spectators to cheer, sing, not make too much of an arse of themselves through too much of what makes them lose themselves.

Thread title has been changed so thanks for that whoever updated it.
