Ireland have taken full advantage of playing against 14 men in the last two games, irrespective of whether the closeness of the match was taken away as a result of indiscipline. A pity really as I was hoping that Le Crunch next week would be a winner take all head-to-head fixture.

Spirited defence by England. Showed a lot of character. Think Lowe really added a lot of determination and momentum to Ireland.

OK been on walkabout but off we go on 5th Feb with Ireland v Wales.
Hopefully we will all be playing at the correct grounds and with more than a few spectators to cheer, sing, not make too much of an arse of themselves through too much of what makes them lose themselves.
