Was nice meeting jwellis, sheets, jono, wrexhamrob, foxy davy, paulamc, hellen, jogging jon, sarah, zoom, mr zoom, the famous welsh cakes (very tasty!) and other the other fetchies I'm no doubt forgetting! Was a tough old first marathon for me but with the injury am happy to have got round in 5h 15m. Sorry to hear you had to pull out mick but it was quite warm at times and was probably the right decision considering the things you were coughing up when I came past you!
Am thinking I'll get myself off to bed now before I collapse!

Am watching vlm and not happy to see they have rain!!
Nice to meet some new fetchies
my plan was an easy jog around in around 4.30-4.45 I did 4.33 so ought to be pleased but it was a bit harder than a slow jog so I still have a way to go to get back to where I was pre injury

i did the half but last year managed to bump into a few people on my way round
this year i saw AJH and mick n phil
and that was about it - i think
