heat and stitch got me at 15 ish miles. not quite what i wanted but happy to have a new pb. 3:32:49 - watch time. may have to add a bit on as i stopped to have a pee.

good to see you again mick! :-) wise descision. it was a tough one today.

i saw the fetchie down too about half way along the greenway. hope he's ok.
