Put credit card back in wallet and realised bank card was not there.
Quickly freeze it in phone app and start thinking where i had it last.
Remember it is in running pack and put back in wallet.
Two days later...
Running home, stop at shop for milk and birthday card for brother, swipe card, refused. Think ah, must want the pin today, stick in and enter pin. Refused.
Just as well there wasn’t a large queue held up waiting for me to remember to unfreeze it again in the phone app.

At lunchtime - a rather late lunch for me - I thought, 'I need a big mug of coffee'. I made one. Then set about making sandwiches.
Sandwiches made, I thought, 'Oo, I could do with a nice big mug of coffee.' So I made another giant mug of coffee.
Then stared dumbfounded at the two giant mugs of coffee I'd made myself. I'm currently sipping from one then the other rather than drinking the whole of one first.

I had a physio appointment earlier and on the way there I was thinking these strides are a bit tight I need to get back running soon. As I sat at my desk working this afternoon the feeling of growing out of my trousers persisted.
During a visit to the toilet I realised I was still wearing my shorts over my underwear and under my jeans which wasnt helping.
I still need to get back running and lose a few pounds though.

Went to scan my bus pass on the 18 this morning, realised when it beeped I'd used my black Santander card and not my white Bus Pass. Fortunately the driver hadn't logged it through, so I could correct the error.
