Ok
Llamadance

Devil O is 9 June this year I am planning on it but will decide after Draycote.

Applecross
I have never done the race but have run the Lharig Ghru a number of times.
I will being doing it for training at some point after the snows clear will run from Lynn of Dee on the Satuarday to Aviemore B&B a few pints and then run back on the Sunday.
Its a great weekend of running and a good one for a few of us to get together to do without the pressure of the race with its cut offs etc. let me know if you fancy it.

Tigger you in

Hang on, hang on, what's all this cuddling?
We're Scottish, remember, a bit less of this touch-feely stuff (unless it is hands up kilts)!

Loon Dod - -that sounds brilliant, will take you up on that, give me a shout when you know what your plans are

Sorry
I meant a weekend of running the Lharig in the spring.
approx 20 miles each day at your own pace through some of the best country side around.
With an evening of light entertainment in Aviemore to boot.
Haggis will be I am sure if hes still around.
We could make a great weekend of it if we could get enough numbers.

Great idea Tigger - I go to a few races myself, and am currently training for FLMO7 so will probably do fewer events until then.

Though I am looking at the Hebridean Challenge of the summer months, anyone got any experience of that?

No worries Flanker
I will try to sort a weekend out last time I did it quite early in the year we were running through snow as we went round the pools so it cant be to early and their will have to be a minimum safety equipment list just to be safe. It can be Extreme up their at the best of times. But well worth the effort.
