Sorry for the delay in posting a reply AC....where do you guys get the time to post non-stop?!?! I would recommend the Lhairig Ghru if you are putting the training in for a full mara'. It's a great 'wee' race with a difference and you could probably add a good hour to your mara' time as it is hard going at bits...and that long road through Aviemore can never be forgotten!!

I wanted to do Inverness, but may have to do Balloch to Clydbank on that day instead, as I have a gig to go to in Glasgow that night.
I'll be doing the Alloa HM as well libby.
