Llamadance Jan 2007 8:01pm, 3 Jan 2007 0 posts	0 Llamadance Alloa isn't that hilly. There's a bit of a hill at 11.5 miles iirc, but that was all. Other than that it was pretty flat and even that hill wasn't a biggie. I quite enjoyed it last year, and they have a kids fun run as well.

I was planning on doing it again this year but according to my shedule for FLM (yeeha!!) I should be doing an 18miler that weekend. Will be doing the Inverness half, not done that since '01 (and will be a damn sight nore pleasant than the last time I was there in Oct '06!). There's a few races I will probably have to miss to stick to my training which is a bummer. Who's doing Jack Crawford next weekend? I'm doing Monikie this Sunday but haven't been out on my bike since the first Monikie race - hope the wind is kinder this time round!
