57.5 Degrees of Pain
Nairn 10 is my PB race Ally-C. I think I read that this year was the last one, but I may be mistaken. Tick count increased by four when I found embedded nymphs, all too small to see. Luckily I react quite strongly and can spot the welt. Never knew Hamish was and expert quizzer. 8 series is a lot of Specialist Subjects to care enough about to study in depth. |

I ran a course best at BR5 😂 not that I think you can really compare as the tide and surface of the sand changes so much. Funny how all my training is for speed and at the moment I feel a lot stronger but the speed isn’t quite there yet. Must be saving it for Chester
