My pb course is the Arbroath Smokies 10. I also wear that cotton t shirt as a jammie top! They get technical ones now.

I am not known for loving hills but I do think run right Lasswade still offers chance of good time. My memory told me from 6 miles on it is pretty flat/rolling and you can pick up good bit time there. Also learning to run downhill can bank you lot of the time lost on the couple big uphill sections. In theory though both Strathclyde and Perth Tay ten should be PB routes for most. Is there not an event late in year north England that fair few folk go to for an easy PB!?

Who’s all doing black rock on Friday night? Hope it brightens up a bit, I’ve never done it in the rain!

Carlisle to Brampton, that's it. Think it's a "downhill" course.
