Cumbernauld is on the 15th, numbers unknown. I might run Stirling, but as I've entered the inaugural Kelpies HM on the 22nd, I don't think either of the other two are a good idea for me. And if you fancy something a bit more trail, in August there's another new event, the Palacerigg 10K (by Cumbernauld) on the 25th. Parkrun and more Only 200 places, and most are gone already.

It was supposed to be for Scottish running week but a family loss, hospital stay, lost voice and missed plane between myself and TRS saw it slide. No one now listening will know who I am, and will be bemused.
