It’s just the total number of runners in attendance. So will be higher as the runs increase. It’s not pro rated or anything.

There hasn't been much change in the number of Scottish events post Covid.

We had 82 participants which is about 30 more than our average. Lots of tourists, but some were locals who were there because it was the school holidays and their kids' regular Saturday morning activities weren't on so they could come.

I suppose new events will always take some runners from existing events and bring some new participants. But if the total number of participants is rising that’s great.

Hard as hell for me today. Just not at it. Tough wee course, quite hard underfoot. Was 25:41. Could be the hardest in Scotland, though conditions weren’t great.
