Tr, yes I think the difference between Sunday and boston was that Sunday I spent a lot of time in the 5.30s and 5.40s on the downhills whheeas Boston it was 6.10s. Must have shredded them! Big g, I'll take a look at his stuff. I've been trying to add an avator photo but that hasn't seem to have worked so I think I'm a bit off uploading pics! |

I think.....I skimmed through it, at one point Barnsley was hiding in the bushes from you as he didn't want you to find out he had stopped...... Haha, yes indeed. We both started Manchester. He DNF and I had an average marathon. The YouTube channel is something we enjoy. It's a way of making and keeping memories, sharing with others and having fun with our running as we get older...😁 |

Stevieg.. in my humble hometown club we have 4 lads who can run around 32m for 10k, 69-73 for a half marathon and circa 2.30 for a full. I often greet their latest performances with a 'fair effort son' or 'worth a reasonable' which always amuses them. 8m with a few strides this morning, managed to dodge the worst of the showers. Had a few hailstones around 6pm to add to the weather variety. New pair of NB SuperComp Trainer V2 arrived today. Reduced from £210 to £147 so surely an absolute bargain. |

My target marathon this year is the maravan in cleethorpes in November. Following a HADD type approach. Today was 11 miles or so with 60 mins sub LT thrown in. Legs felt good stomach aching from a large Chinese takeaway |

riggys99 didn't realise there was a marathon in Cleethorpes. Is it the first year? My other half was a HADD discipline back in the day.

Hello Hilly Apparently it’s been going 10 years this year. It’s 8 laps of the haven holiday park and the Fitties bungalows/chalets maravan.co.uk |
