Moraghan is a name I recognise, he used to be regular on the sub 2 800 thread. I'd be in trouble if that marathon rule was enforced 🤣 |

TippTop wrote: SG - the relevance would be that as you've now posted on the thread you need to do a marathon. Sorry, but thems the rules I will claim the 50k I did last summer covers that off. |

Being concise is an incredible skill, one no-one could accuse me off, but he was concise, knowledgable, with just that hint of menace where you knew he could tear you a new one if you needed it. You would hate to let him down, so were as keen to do him proud as achieve your own pbs. |

A journey down memory lane.. aside from those still present these are the folks I remember from the RW sub 3 thread since I joined around 2007/2008. I'm sure there will be many more! Ode, JAP, Marigold, Marders, Waytogoyet, Gobi, Matt the Rat, Pug, M Triton, Njord, Piscator, BEJ, LMH, Selbs, Dan A, Cheerful Dave, Dachs, Al P, Lucky Jim, AndyP, CL (Charlie Lound), CRAB, Padams, Cheerful Dave, Charlie W, CC2 (Goth runner), Sub3 Jakesy, Blisters, Marmite Master, Dull Napoleon, Running Bhoy, TMap, Hilly (Dawn & John Broom), Gold Rush, Nichs2, Cartman, Lord Didsbury. Legs tired today so an easy 5m this morning. Has anybody seen flaming June? |

Good times wardi! I wonder how many of that lot are still at it? I saw wtgy at London (he passed me about 4 miles in and we had a chat for a while). Also had my annual meet up with CRAB there, and I speak to Kelvin, Lord Dids and Running Bhoy pretty much every day as we’ve got a group chat thing elsewhere. But a lot of that lot just vanished, and the pof10 just stops abruptly with no activity for ages. Shame really, cos there were some fabulous runners amongst them. |

Joe Blogs as well. CD has had some health issues I think but is hopefully on the up. Easy days easy Hard days hard etc etc. Session today was 10x2 mins, 10x1 mins with 1 min floats. Avg 5:54 pace for 2 mins, 5:36 for 1 mins and 7:20 on the floats. Compared to the plan from the coach it was only the floats really that let me down (aim was 7 min/mileing). The 3 mile round trip nursery pickup was achey this afternoon. About 13.5 miles on the day. |
