I ran 5 1/2 miles the day after an AZ jab and was fine. Just as slow as ever!

Anyone hear from Seratonin how he is doing. 3 weeks does sound like a long time to be have symptoms of a vaccination, no?

I've had symptoms for a few days. Yesterday I jogged up a small incline with my dog while out on a walk and was out of puff, but I think I'll be improving in a day or so.

Thanks for asking HappyG.
I did a 5 mile run yesterday and it was okay-ish. I managed to get around without having to deploy run/walkand my splits were decent. The strange thing is that it just feels like such hard work. As I mentioned in my initial post, I have never struggled with "hard to breathe" and "taut muscles" before. It may be something completely unrelated to the vaccine jab or just pure co-incidence but the jab is the only definable change in my routine.

I was fine until 9.30 pm last night (jab was at 9.55 am). Then became hot and shivery with a thumping headache. Hardly slept last night so unable to work today. Arm isn't painful at all.

Probably looking at Saturday for a first post-jab run assuming that current symptoms are only 1-2 days at the most.

Seratonin, are you struggling with hayfever as pollen is high at the moment tree pollen as Birch is earlier than normal?

Had it at 12:45 PM yesterday and woke up at 3 AM shivering. Then I was hot and very sore all over.

Stayed in bed and slept through to now. Feeling a bit better, but still wiped out. Can't see I'll run till Thursday at the earliest.

Just found this thread.

I had my jab on Sunday 21st felt ok
Monday couldn’t get up I was floored, banging headache, shivery, ached all over, random things hurt (my left calf!). Tried a walk at lunchtime I was slower than a snail & needed a nap when I got back. I was out of breath walking upstairs.

Tuesday felt better the aches had gone I managed a walk. But I had a sore throat and runny nose.

Wednesday & Thursday felt much better went for a run but it felt harder for the effort.

I do feel more tired than normal but I guess it could be an accumulation of things.

Either way happy to have had the jab and it has to be better than having covid.

Jabbed Monday last week, no adverse impacts. But ran last night for the first time in a week and felt terrible. Not sure if this is vaccine impact or not. Will monitor....
