This morning's 5k was pitiful - too many vehicles that I had to stop to let past on the muddy single track lane. I didn't really get into a flow. But it's done.

I shall go run as soon as my lunch has gone down a bit. The forecast for the rest of the weekend was looking wet so hubby and I got our weekend walk in this morning. It’s now looking like it might be dry this afternoon too *touches wood*

I’m finding it interesting how this run streaking is affecting me. The last 3 nights I conked out on the sofa before 9:30pm and I was half expecting to have to throw in the towel once I has my 14 day streak badge. But I was surprised to find today’s run a little easier than the previous few days had been, even after a 9 mile walk this morning, and I’m still awake at 10pm (though I’m going to bed soon).

I’m really surprised for an auld wifie like me I’m on day 45 and feeling not too bad. Next week will be a tester with distance either before or after work so they may be split.
