LG - imperial RtS is the equivalent in miles yes
As to how awesome it is by comparison to the 'regular' version - it's all case of what individuals are used to. I'm under no illusion that the regular variant isn't, for some, harder that the longer one is for me.

Yeah I guess it’s what your body is used to doing on a regular basis.
My stomach for some reason feels tighter as if I had been doing sit ups - feel it when I try to cough.

Seems like I spoke too soon earlier... Daughter has just had a positive Covid test - so that's me confined to the house for the next 14 days. Guess I'll be having another go in December! Fortunately just managed to get my 75 day streak badge.

EdJ, it’s *got* to be third time lucky for you in December, you got so close last month too. Hope your daughter shakes off the virus in the manner of most young folk, with mild to no symptoms, and you and the rest of the family escape. I was going to say it’s a shame you don’t have a treadmill but 11 miles on a treadmill...thank goodness you don’t have a treadmill, that would be horrendous!

Edj hope it's just a very mild case and no one is affected either. Take care
