As it goes I won't beat the gym as I forgot I have overtime and then the optician so do will an early morning run instead

Ah Jenni that sucks, I was almost in the same boat yesterday, and have to say my final 5km was a very sorry state of affairs! Dragged myself through the door, ate my fishcake and chips lovingly bought by ishep, shower and I was asleep in seconds! don't ever want to do that again!

Hi Barefoot Em, realistically no not November I’m planning January but you never know. I’m debating a marathon on the 31st.

1) Add the digits of the date together e.g 18th = 1+8 = 9km, 20th = 2+0 = 2km.
