Just got back from my run. Planned a route, plotted it and downloaded to a GPS tracker and then ran it. Realised I should really have done it in daylight as it was complicated single track off road in forest but I had a good head torch on so went for it anyway. It was breezy and exciting 🤣

I will be doing about 3.1 miles running, 3.3 miles walking and 4.2 miles cycling daily - just to try and stay in WSWs... Thank fully that takes me up to Saturday when I have to start increasing mileage over and above again 😳

LG, is your treadmill in miles or kms? Make sure you get your conversion right.
Reading the blog posts is keeping me sane while I sit out my self-isolation. Not happy at all. I've gone from having what I felt like was my strongest 3 weeks of physical perfomance (with runs, cycling and PT sessions) to now feeling so drained and lethargic, all in the space of 48 hours.
Take care folks and don't take any chances. Wear your 'Avoid Everyone' with pride and purpose.
