They should swap God Save The Queen with Gold by Spandau Ballet. It's a far more jaunty and catchy tune IMHO. I'm also getting a bit tired of listening to our ode to Lizzy, the national anthem is quite monotonous.

I'm so glad Jody Cundy has got redemption after being robbed by a jobsworth official in 2012. His foul mouth rant then was funny but tragic at the same time. Is it me or do the Paralympians appear to have far more personality than their able bodied counterparts? Not just us but all nations. Interviews here are far more entertaining than from a few weeks ago. Anyone else here watch The Last Leg? Best show on telly, shame there wasn't anything like that on during the Olympics. |
