It's a shame Royal Mail didn't release daily stamps and paint post boxes this time, I'm very disappointed with my employer for that. I'm sure they'll jump on the bandwagon with special First Day covers very soon.

I said at the start they should be a permanent thing. Virtually no cost and a good bit of civic pride, and great corporate PR from Royal Mail

Anyone watching The One Show with our Olympians? What a great bunch of people. Down to earth, personable and you know what they've achieved is down to thousands of hours of hard work and confidence in their own ability because of this. Roll models for us all.

It isn't on the BBC from what I can see. Well not until the summary programme which is Saturday at 1.10pm and that's only 50 minutes (most of which will be Gabby Logan talking, if previous programmes are anything to go on... :()

Well the BBC will want to ensure that they get lots of exposure from the golden girl (Ms Logan) and value from the fee that they will be paying Michael Johnson for his expert analysis/comment ;-)
