Fragile Do Not Bend
I must say I preferred watching the TKD and Judo as you could tell who was in the lead by the points being shown on the screen.

Daley - prelims 1st -571.85 PB Semis - 18th 403.25
Bo Qiu - prelims 2nd - 564.75 Semis- 2nd - 504.70
Aisen - prelims 3rd - 545.35 Semis - 559.90
To me the Chinese just hit it big consistently anytime anywhere. Daley is very good, and when he pushes the risk and nails it can be their level, but the risk means sometimes it doesn't work.
I've already wrote far too much about a sport, I'm really not overly interested in.
Go Nicola Adams, title defended!

I've been out all day doing my own athletics at the last league meet of the season.
Have just caught up on the day's action via you lot. A most entertaining, informative and wide ranging way to do it I must say. Gold medals to the daytime team!
