Truly gutted for Tom, he's such a nice lad and very encouraging to younger divers, I fear he's going to be trolled/ crucified in the press

I hope they give him a break, no one has done more for British diving than Tom. The funding the likes of Laugher and Mears are receiving is partly down to Daley's success over the last few years.
