A productive Sunday, reclaiming upstairs and doing some cleaning. A supportive meeting with my boss this morning and the flowers she brought. Progress with recall making dog walks more relaxed.

Particularly last Saturday when he supported my by standing at the side of the track at Long Marston Airfield while I ran the half marathon. 2 hours plus in the rain and cold. I him.

Some lovely chilly walks on the beach and in the woods. That Ernie was fantastic at the groomers for the first time and the ladies were fab with him. For some supportive chats with colleagues. A sprinkle of snow and some sunshine.
