Surviving the week so far. For lots of hugs and warm welcomes back to work. For a phased return. For a friendly face when receiving a long awaited answer. That QP coped with the news better than I have. That I have a night out with good friends to look forward to.

Oh dear this thread has been neglected lately. I've mostly been grateful for QP's transition to a new school going well and the positive impact it has had on him. It's almost like having my boy back (except he's now a hormonal adolescent).

Hello is there anyone there?
Today I am grateful that I have mostly managed my phased return. That QP got a place in the autism base and transport which is a massive step in the right direct. That we have a few days with family to look forward to. That we are lucky enough to have food on the table and lovely gifts to give. That I was able to do my small part towards making Christmas a bit more pleasant for families in need.
Despite a tough year we have all that we need and more. We are healthy and safe. What more could we really ask for.
