For a fairly chilled day. That the dog eventually recalled and no pheasants lost their lives at his hands...or indeed paws or jaws. That QP was with me on my evening, head torch walk when we heard a sound that may have been a person.

Today for a lovely catch up with a Fetchie friend, for a walk in the sunhsine, for a lunch bought for me, for hugs and for a great kettlebell class this evening.

Eeek a whole week.
More dog walks. Another line from the doctor. For a night out - albeit next door. That I survived the epic hangover. For my dad's DIY advice and best attempts to be supportive. That my big boss is being incredibly supportive. For a positive meeting with the community paediatrician.

A chilled out Sat. A productive Sunday including getting the car gutted. A rare chance to mooch about Inverness on a weekday alone. The Chvrches album I treated myself to - I am rediscovering my love of music.
