Yesterday I was soooo grateful for a lovely run.
Today I'm grateful for the nice weather and the autumn colours. And that I'm going home to my kids.

That the group I was out with in training were great, that the training finished a smidge early and traffic wasn't too bad. Also that QP is happy with a toastie for tea

Have missed a lot of days but I'm grateful my conference last week went well, for good chats with my boss, and for finishing a big project yesterday. Today I'm grateful it's Friday and I get to spend the weekend at home with my lovely OH

Yesterday I was grateful for a fun night with the kids after a stressful day.
Today I'm grateful for our neighbour who has fixed a lot of stuff and hardly wants any money for it.

Yesterday for a couple of hours of climbing, and as ever for the wonderful views I get pretty much every time I leave home
Today I am grateful that I found the bike light that fell off, without me noticing, whilst fleeing round the local MTB trails. That I got the bike ride done, and hoovered & washed the car without hypothermia setting in. That there was plenty hot water for a hot shower once I'd done all the chores.
