Reach out to that relative, neighbour or colleague whom you never really got on with (not the abusive one though!). I just sent a photo of tri-baby to my sister.

So I'm giving someone a lift later instead of them and me driving somewhere.
I stopped and spoke with an old man sat on a bench looking a bit tired, he was OK.
I gave the loose trolley to someone after I used it and the money I saved on my trolley plus a bit more I gave to a little café for someone to get a drink.
Not sure quite how these go with ROAK though.

I'm being extra special nice to every delivery/postman who knocks on my door today (I'm known by many of them as I work from home and take in the street's parcels). I'm thinking of going to the shop in a minute to buy a box of treats to hand out to them.
