Any other fetchies interested and/or doing some qi gong in your daily routine?
I have been doing a weekly class and have found some routines on YouTube. Gigong for vitality with Jeff Shand.
It’s just light exercise unless you do the breathing and with intention.

Sorry, I had to look on the Internet as I'd never heard of it. Similar to Tai Chi?

I did a nice practise for neck and shoulders this morning. Each move seems to have a name, today one of the moves referred to a tiger. Yesterdays practise had a move called the butterfly which involved balancing on one leg which I found a bit advanced.

Thanks UC. I'm quite good at standing on one leg 🤣. But I don't care for yoga.

I thought this was something about Star Wars. Wasn't Liam Neeson's character called Qi Gong Jin or something? Have fun. G
