Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Hi, GemmaLouise, I’m planning on running my ‘Fake parkrun’ tomorrow so it’s going to be interesting to see how I get on.

Holiday plans went a bit wrong! I should have flown out yesterday and been on a beach on Ibiza right now! Covid and quarantine put a stop to that. My husband and I are having a few days away in a Nottinghamshire hotel next week so I’m looking forward to the rest.

Hope your Project Joker is going well.

Hope it goes well Ness.

Been enjoying the intervals, even when it's been windy. I had to miss one session due to having a sore back, seems to be better now so hoping not to miss another one.

Good luck Ness.

How's it going for you GL?

Pleased you're enjoying the intervals Lesley. I did too and want to reintroduce a weekly interval session preferably over a tempo run but may alternate.

well, I completed Project Joker, 30 Aces and no jokers! Reduced my 5k from 36 to 31.23, so it worked for me. I think that going forward aspects of Project Joker will definitely feature in my training.

Oh no! I did wonder if the quarantine changes would have caused issues. Good luck tomorrow Ness. I'm sure you will smash it!
It's going well, thanks FF. Have had to play a joker this week due to sore shins and a knee flare up but will hopefully be back to it tomorrow. Feeling fitter and healthier already, so can't complain 😊

Well done Jim! Amazing result!
