No, not really, but it is a hazard of cobbles. Regardless it's a bit different when it looks like it's decided a three week race on stage 5 vs a one day classic.

The gaps aren't that big, none of this should be viewed as settling the Tour. It just means that the big names all have to do "something" at "some point" later in the Tour. With the exception of Pogacar who just seems immune to effort or danger.

I don't think it's any different to a 3 week stage race being decided on a high mountain climb.
It's chaotic, but good viewing

There's a difference between bad luck deciding a race Vs skill. Pogacar has been good but Vingegaard and Roglic haven't lost through skill.
Larkim - if Pogacar was a massive favourite before, then the Tour is settled if he has a minute lead. Only Vingegaard and Roglic had any chance of matching him.
