Tour to finish in Nice in 2024 with a time trial given Paris will be about to host olympics. Apparently it started in nice in 1981 and I am certain I holidayed in the south of France that year about that time |

MudMeanderer, thanks for the tip. As someone who has never really got into CX (no real reason for that, I just haven’t sat down and watched it before) I enjoyed that. Carnage at the start, and very enjoyable viewing.

BigG; it generally provides some great skill demonstration, but often can be hit and miss in terms of the actual racing. Some, like Diegem or Loenhout have great racing throughout, where others have someone ride away at the start and it provides less entertainment. I'd say for the last few years women's racing has provided better viewing by virtue of having closer fields, but this season has been good on both sides.
