That's not really a limit, then, is it? In his first week in charge he is likely to be at max influence. It's downhill from here as he'll almost certainly lose numbers in COngress either through elections or Reps starting to look towards re-elections etc. |

So, not a limit, but you hope there may be some sort of limit in the future? Well that's ok then. |

Going back to Rwanda, TBF deporting them to Norway would require Norway to want to make a deal to accept them like Rwanda did. In a scenario where Norway were happy to do a deal, the Tories would have signed the deal. Agree they don't care, but if there was a country with exemplary human rights that was willing to take people, they'd be happy to do a deal. At this point I'm not sure Rwanda is made much more dangerous by what the army is doing in DRC. Of course that could change. |

Starmer praises Trump's role in Gaza ceasefire and hostage deal bbc.co.uk I think in this case it's true but I think we're going to have 4 years of UK politicians trying to stroke Trump's ego. |

Part, at least of my point was that would the UK have essentially been exporting conscripts for the Rwandan army seeing as they like a bit of combat it seems. I agree re your point on Norway |
