Hmm. Except for actively working for a cease fire and increased aid to Gaza? No the Democrats did nothing.
I'm sure it'll be so much better under the republicans.
And the vast waves of preventable deaths across the US due to putting a nut job in charge of vaccine policy will just be an added bonus for them.

Giving people aide whist giving arms to the people killing them is maybe a bit better than not giving them aide whilst giving arms to the people killing them, I suppose?
Probably better to just not give arms to the people killing them though. I think that's what they'd prefer.

I must have missed where trump said he'd stop arms sales to Israel...

Well, he said he'd stop the war and that kind of makes the arms a non issue - because arms that aren't killing civilians are much less bad than arms that are killing civilians.

Ah, Trump famous for his details and for not lying every time he opens his mouth....
I'm sure the fact that he moved the embassy to Jerusalem, declared that the golan heights and other disputed territories were Israeli territory and that decided the west bank settlements were find and encouraged more weren't massive glaring clues as to what Trump would do, before even before he decided his ambassador to Israel would be a man who basically said it was fine for Israel to annex Gaza and the west bank.
Stop trying to make bad faith arguments!

I said they didn't give them absolutely anything in the campaign. They didn't think it was important to appeal to voters who had that issue as a top priority.
I don't think anyone can argue the Democrats did all they could and the election played some part in that.

I'm not sure Trump will be helpful to Gaza, I lean to he won't, but I also wouldn't be surprised if was.
What did he tell Michigan's Muslim leaders to get them to back him?

I think that's not true either. They did offer things. Just not impossible things for breakfast.
And surely voting is not a straight transactional relationship. If you see it that way, you're always going to be disappointed by politicians.
If you've got a choice of which is going to be worst for Palestinians and the Palestinian cause, Trump or Harris, it's not a difficult question.

What did they offer? What was going to change and why couldn't they do it now? The status quo of letting Israel continue to breach red lines was not acceptable and the incumbent clearly not doing all they can while claiming to be the best option is clearly going to hard to stomach even if it's true.

I think it's clear that the Democrats thought being harder on Israel might be costly in the election. Maybe they were right but that's not going to go down well with those that have it as a top priority from the Palestinian side.
