Must admit, I do like the fact that they give postal voters a chance to rectify issues with signatures etc when there are issues. Something we should be doing here in the digital age. |

On Nevada a HUGE amount of indies, outstripping both repub and dem in the big counties. You can't say with any degree of certainty who it is good for, but it is certainly consequential.
