A lot of testimony to the inquiry will be score settling & arse covering. Sunak has already been accused of revisionism and getting refered to as 'Dr Death' isn't going to help his electoral chances. I wonder if (it wont) the inquiry will decide their was criminal negligence Chris Whitty's "Eat Out to Help Out the Virus" won't help there either. |

Braverman also had a go at people "deliberately operating below the criminal threshold". Go figure. Meanwhile Paul Bristow sacked from his government role for demanding a ceasefire. Labour have shown how they’re in lockstep with the tories by suspending a front bench member for supporting Palestine. |

Fields the Labour politician was suspended for a lot worse than supporting Palestine. He went over the line. No need.

What’s this line? For me going over the line is saying Israel has the right to cut off fuel, water and power to Gaza

Seems controversial, though I haven't seen the full context of the speech, but from what I've read he's essentially calling for a peaceful solution. Starmer, on the other hand, was free to all but exonerate war crimes. I don't get it any more. |

I suppose, McDonald is either stupid for using the phrase at all or he's used it purposefully as a red rag to the party hierarchy.
