You’re not allowed to criticise anything the Israeli govt does, it makes you the Enemy of the People. Oh no, that was when you criticise the British govt. Criticising the Israeli govt makes you an anti-Semitic terrorist sympathiser. Even if they are committing genocide. Who am I kidding? *when* they are committing genocide. There’s no “if”. Also any UN resolution for a ceasefire or pause to allow aid will be rejected by the US. It’s time to get rid of the veto on UN security council. Won’t happen though as the only reason the US joined was a permanent veto (why it didn’t join L of N) The UN secretary general has had to backtrack for speaking about the long term context of the Israel / Palestine issue. |

The veto is farcical. The likes of Kosovo will never be recognised by the UN because of Serbia and therefore Russia. The veto makes a mockery of certain international issues. |

The lying is as much of a problem for the individuals employment prospects as the racism IMO - I don’t say this to diminish the racism but to put it in this context: How can your word ever be trusted to give evidence in court (which is rather likely to happen as a police officer) if you’ve been found to be a liar. You’d probably at best have to go and work in the control room or resource management or some other non public-facing job doing a job a staff member can just as easily do for 30% less cost. |
