Agreed HG. With an election coming up in May where his party are seeing an erosion of support in the polls he opens his mouth and puts his foot in it. An election that will be crucial to the future direction of the Union he and his ilk describe as 'precious.' For Scottish independence, he is the gift that just keeps giving. |

Many words beginning with "Tw" describe Johnson perfectly.... Trouble is the same words can be applied to many of the Electorate in some situations! |

Ah. "And pretty much all lawsuits in Arizona have been dismissed I think." Which isn't quite true, but the ones still active aren't going anywhere. |

What a joke our government is. Downing Street taking part in a pilot scheme for the rapid results but doing it secretly. Only announced as johnson has tested negative and is still isolating. (Which in itself isn't news as 'man gets negative result and continues to isolate as per law' isnt newsworthy). But he got tested without symptoms but then unveiled they are in a pilot schemes. Yet we have full schools closed because they can't get to grips with it and test and trace isn't good enough. |

This government has the stench of corruption and decay about it and they haven't even been in place for a year.

I had to laugh when it was reported that Lee Cain had had Allegra Stratton in tears when part of her reason for being upset was that "she hadn't even applied for the job in the first place" . And that's a big part of the problem right there - who you know is more important than what you know. She won't last 12 months.

Anyone seen this truly extraordinary interview on CNN with an ER nurse from South Dakota about Covid deniers actually dying from Covid and STILL refusing to believe they have it, and say "no it's lung cancer" or "I'm not going to die" twitter.com Truly civilization is hitting the buffers. I don't see any way out of this, other than they're weeding themselves out of the gene pool. |
