I didn't like day 6, sprint starts. There was more resting than some days but I still struggled. Apparently day 7 will be a little easier. We'll see!

.B. hopefully you can do one in the morning and one in the evening to spread them out a bit! I did that on Wednesday and it wasn't too bad.

I was doing day 4 with the knee drivers and finding it hard then after round 3 I ahd a work call. The extra rest helped before I did roubd 4. Took a couple of minutes rest then did day 5 with the side planks. I didn't do any luxury options, the basic side planks were quite enough. Though I reckon the luxury options might be good for progression if I went through this again.

I couldn't possibly do two in a day.
Supposed to be the sprint starts today.
Have been aching for several days and quite sure it's the plankathon to blame.
