Well done everyone, I’m days behind but catching up on here gets me going again though I’ve managed to avoid/ignore the sprint starts session.

"Sprint starts" turned out to be not as bad as I'd expected. Yesterday's was "plank climbs". When it's my right hand/arm pushing me up, I can get up. When it's my left, I can't, except with one knee on the floor for extra leverage.

Day 13 done (didn't do any over the weekend; was away). That was tough, especially the reach-throughs. Kept falling over.

Well done Columba.
I've given up this time as I can't seem to get the impetus to do it. I got to day 4 but PT sessions and yoga planking on 4 days a week is enough. I'll save the sessions and maybe have a go later in the year.

Finally got round to Day 14 and the MPA again. Went for 1 minute plank, 10 seconds rest, four times, then 20 seconds plank at the end to bring it up to 4 mins 20 seconds in 5 mins. Got quivery towards the end.

Congratulations Columba. I fell by the wayside despite knowing I’d benefit by continuing. Will try a couple of them a week now, so not abandoning it completely.
