I got way behind with the last lot, Seren. Just keep all the emails and come back to them when the marathon is out of the way. (Never done a marathon. Quail at the thought).

Day 3 done, not too bad at all (which is easier to say after finishing! ). Hopefully some of his stretches will help people with sore backs.

Well done Jenelopy. Day 2 done here. I dod the "luxury option" of the reach under on the side planks. I can feel I have done something.

I'm afraid I gave this up on day 1 as doing as much standard planking as I can in 5 minutes isn't what I was after.

Fair enough Becca but Day one is just the test day the rest is varied. I didn’t do the test last time I did it, but the sessions do use other exercises and are quite good just to get me doing something every day.
