Yes I’ve seen that. But doesn’t chance the fact that parkruns in Denmark are cancelled for the rest of the month

Provided we are still allowed to parkrun, and routine hospital appointments are not cancelled, I'm probably going to be at Hogmoor Inclosure on 21st March, if any local Fetchies are about *looks at Dipps and Dio*

If they do decide to cancel parkruns for a bit, I can see groups still showing up anyway and freedom running, which would possibly defeat the purpose?

We had an event over here cancelled, mainly due to the ED being difficult about stuff that he didn't need to be - there was another event in the park, but both could have gone ahead. Anyway the country manager, fed up with the ED, pulled the plug for 3 weeks. No sooner was it off that there were social media posts inviting everyone to land down anyway, despite the cancellation. Country manager did not see the funny side. Imagine those poor runners who have booked flights to collect and arbitrary letter of the alphabet...

57.5 Degrees of Pain
edison - I think the bigger problem would occur I some events cancel and the more obsessed travel further and mix with larger crowds in distant places. So I'd expect blanket cancellations rather than local determination.

And I see that the Scottish government has just indicated that it will advise against gatherings of more than 500 from Monday (complete coincidence that a certain football game is Sunday...). This will certainly impact Edinburgh, and possibly Victoria (Glasgow).
