Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

LOL Jovi - we had some really cool Nike stuff back in the day and I remember being told we couldn't wear it anymore

That was my fear. I'll just have to reinforce my unofficial ban on photography

I was joking. Tom Williams lives locally so is quite often at our run so I best be good & not wear the old stuff!

Our ED bought each RD at our event their own gilet with their name and Run Director on it. in red. so they can be seen, and I like it.

Can't see us sharing the official one.

We bought a blue on like the official one but without the branding a we always have 2 Rds each week so each person could wear one.

Nick Pearson quite often runs with us so we'd better be good, too. But we do recycle a lot of our old kit. Bunting, bags, dog coats, pacer bibs, etc.

Most of our events are just glad of getting robust kit that will stand up to the gentle breezes that howl across these parts.

Thanks for the Manchester info earlier by the way. Looks like Wythenshawe is the easiest to get to our hotel from so it gets the nod. Now we just need Loganair to be on time!

So many people complaining on here about landfilling one RD jacket. I bet a lot of these people also drive the couple of miles to their nearest parkrun (rather than walking/running/ getting public transport) - hypocrisy as its finest.
