Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

But the boy ran 4.7 km with his mum before a sprint finish with his dad, nobody needs to 'give up' anything.

Anyone seen the performance by VM90-94 Harry Tempan at Mole Valley yesterday? 107.56% WAVA on his debut.

Hopefully not just someone who couldn't get their DoB entered correctly ;-).

Inspiring to hear of people running into extreme old age. I have chased a couple of JM11-14s in the last 2 weeks at parkrun. Would like to think I'll be out there battling as a VM90-94 when the two of them are my age!

Pretty impressive - looks like he still has some national age group records from three decades back.

I've met the lady who has the current UK VW80 record for 200m up to 3000m quite a few times; she hates losing!

Having read the correspondence about the young sprinter and his 'reinstatement', this article caught my eye:

We'll all be heading to Glasgow for the Fetch Mile, snayak ;-). Although someone might stop there on the way, do it first or (:-o) not mile. When I ran the Meedies it immediately went near the top of my favourites list.

Realised I never responded last time, glad you enjoyed Falkirk so much. I ran it again the last couple of weeks (in my new 250 shirt :-)) and will be volunteering there this week (in my new V25 shirt :-)).
