But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

I had a close look at the Norwich parkrun course this morning, I'm very familiar with Eaton Park anyway but thought I'd be nosey and check exact start and finish points and see if there was anything to denote km marks. Firstly the start isn't where I thought it would be going by the map on the parkrun website, didn't see anything showing finish. Saw yellow painted km marks for all but 3k, however looking at the map afterwards I could have missed it as it appears to be on the corner by the gate.

Oh forgot to say it is a pancake flat road surface, so must be as fast any other parkrun course, yes even Cardiff !!
