Lunch on the move for me tomorrow. I shall decide between now and then which flavour of Clif Bar it'll be.

Yum. Soup will be a future option for me. I don't like using a microwave, so I'll take it in a flask.
I cycle to work and use panniers, so my lunches will always need to be portable.
Potato salad is a good regular option for me and I sometimes have it for breakfast when I get to work.
Recipe: Chopped boiled spuds Chopped boiled egg Chopped spring onions Mayonnaise Chopped fresh chillies or the ones in brine Any green herbs you've got lying around.

The left over chicken from tonight's meal stuck in a sarnie.
NB - we had marinaded chicken: lemongrass, soy sauce, lime, garlic and coriander, with salad in wraps. Unfortunately that all got eaten so it's the unmarinated version that's left over that youngest didn't want.

I got a food-thermos (from Robert Dyas) I sometimes use too: last night's leftovers (usually a pasta dish) zapped in the m-wave before I leave - usually keeps very nicely till lunchtime
