Well, I’ve done a big cook-up to help me through a busy week:
Pizzas (didn’t make my own base; used Waitrose levantine flatbreads)
Potato salad with boiled eggs, capers and picked chillies
Guacamole and ridge cucumbers
Blueberries with Greek yoghurt

Plenty of the above to keep me going at work for about 3 days.
